Web-Est is collision estimating software purpose-built for independent, small to mid-size auto body shops. It leverages the respected Mitchell database for labor and paint times, parts numbers and pricing, and under-hood dimensions to help shops produce accurate, professional estimates from anywhere. The platform streamlines operations with multiple rate profiles, unlimited photo uploads, a point-and-click graphical interface, QuickBooks/QuickBooks Online integration, and an image editor for annotations. Advanced tools include Pro-Advisor (an AI-guided estimator that pre-populates parts line items), Web-Est Pay for integrated payment processing, access to extensive aftermarket parts data, optional Mitchell frame and opening data, and dedicated PDR estimating software. Web-Est also offers Rome Basic shop management to handle parts ordering, customer service, accounting, and scheduling.
