Service Fusion is an all-in-one field service management platform designed to streamline scheduling, dispatching, job management, and customer communications. Teams can create and assign jobs with drag-and-drop scheduling, optimize routes in real time, and keep a single source of truth for customer details, service history, contracts, and notes. Automated reminders via email and SMS help reduce no-shows and keep customers informed. Technicians use a mobile app to view schedules, access job details, create and close work orders, generate invoices, and accept payments in the field.
